It’s too late to come as a holiday present, I suspect it won’t be too long before we hear about pricing and availability of the Yaesu FTM-400DR, the company’s first digital (C4FM FDMA) radio, since it was type-accepted by the FCC this week. The VHF/UHF mobile radio also features a detachable head with color display, APRS, dual-receive, image receive/transmit, 500 memory channels per band, and storage via a microSD card.
